The DNIPRO PM28 is an advanced tunnel-type individual first aid kit (IFAK) designed for high-stress combat, emergency medical services, and tactical operations. Engineered for military personnel, combat medics, search-and-rescue teams (DSNS), and law enforcement, it secures your life-saving medical gear and keeps it ready for split-second deployment.

This modular system can be integrated into standard MOLLE webbings (plate carriers, battle belts) or carried horizontally on a standard belt via a removable attachment platform. The PM28 is perfect as either your primary medical kit or as a secondary/buddy-aid blowout pouch.

Key Operational Features

Ambidextrous Rapid Deployment: The system consists of an outer sleeve ("tunnel") and a folding inner organizer. Dual pull-tabs enable rapid horizontal extraction of the organizer with either hand, allowing intuitive deployment even without visual confirmation and in low-light or no-light conditions.

MARCH Protocol Architecture:  The combined storage capacity of the inner organizer and outer sleeve is precisely configured to accommodate and organize trauma care essentials in accordance with the MARCH tactical casualty care algorithm, enabling a logical and efficient sequence of interventions during emergency response.

Integrated Tourniquet & Trauma Shear Retention System: The outer sleeve is equipped with reinforced top and bottom elastic retention loops engineered to securely accommodate windlass-type tourniquets with strap widths of up to 40 mm, positioned with the windlass oriented toward the pouch for optimal access and retention. The front panel incorporates a dedicated trauma shear pocket, complemented by integrated attachment loops for tactical retractors and retention lanyards.

Smart Passive Retention:  An integrated hook-and-loop retention system securely retains the inner organizer during rigorous movement and operational use, while enabling rapid, low-resistance extraction for immediate access when required

Modular Mounting Options: Equipped with durable, high-strength MOLLE attachment straps and a removable belt-mount platform, providing secure and versatile integration across a wide range of load-bearing equipment and duty belts.
