How to order?
You can call us at ☎+38(067)38-76-135 or place an order on our website at https://tqdnipro.com/ to order a product from our store. Just choose the product you need, specify the quantity you want and click on the "Buy" button. You will then be able to choose how to pay and how to get the product delivered.
Please note that orders placed and paid for Monday through Friday before 15:00 will be shipped the same or guaranteed the next business day. Orders placed and paid for after 15:00 will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed and paid after 15:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
What are the payment options?
You will be able to pay for all your purchases in the following ways:
- Bank Transfer
We offer a cashless payment option. It can be made at any bank or from your company's current account. The order will be shipped as soon as the money is credited to our bank account, if you choose this payment method.
ATTENTION! Only orders with the amount of 10000 UAH or more can use the "Cashless payment" method.
- Bank card via Visa and MasterCard.
You can use Visa or MasterCard to pay for your order directly on the website. Only after confirmation of payment the goods can be delivered.
Paying by credit card is done as follows:
You will be asked to choose a payment method when you place your order on the website. In the "Payment" column, you must select "Online payment". After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the secure payment system page. There you will have to confirm your payment.
Please note that the goods paid by credit card can only be delivered to the customer whose personal data was provided on the website during the ordering process.
What is the method of delivery?
Delivery by Nova Poshta in Ukraine means receiving the goods at a Nova Poshta branch according to the conditions set by the carrier.
Use the website or call +38(067)38-76-135 to order the goods. When ordering, select Nova Poshta delivery. Track your shipment status on Nova Poshta website. You will get notified when the package arrives. You can pick up the package at any Nova Poshta office, but do not forget to bring your passport or other identification.
Attention: Orders that are paid before 15:00 from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed and paid for after 15:00 will be shipped the following day.
Orders placed and paid after 15:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday/Tuesday.
How do I return or exchange what I ordered?
In accordance with current legislation, you may return the goods within 14 days of purchase.
