So, those tourniquets when proper used, have a 100% chance of stopping bleeding on arms and legs. When I got injured on my right leg last year it needed 3 CAT tourniquets to stop the bleeding. Everytime I used a Dnipro TQ, it stopped the bleeding. Also now a really big problem is that a lot of TQ‘s that get bought by someone or delivered by volunteers, are fake (~90%). Those are cheap produced „CAT 7“ TQ‘s that emidiatly break when using or applying force. Also if you compete the price to other producers of real TQ‘s, Dnipro is the Cheapest but in my opinion the best. 500 uah from Dnipro, compared to a 40€-70€ from other brands, it’s a total difference, but you don’t notice the difference on a Dnipro one.

There is a Tourniquet Testing Center, where you can see which models are approved by the organization, and they update this list constantly. Unfortunately, there is a lot of crap on sale, which often gets to the military. Among the Ukrainian ones, it is recommended to buy Sich or Tourniquet Dnipro. My friends in the military have Dnipro, and I bought one for myself. Sich is sold in bulk only to the military, while Dnipro is sold in bulk and by the piece, always in stock, and sent quickly. There are also American and French brands, they are much more expensive and you may have to search and wait a little longer, but they are definitely a good product. You don't need to take anything else. I'm not a specialist, but I took a first aid training course and communicated with the military, so I have some information

As an Australian trauma surgeon, I was impressed by the effectiveness of the Dnipro tourniquet. A large number of the military casualties we treated at the frontline surgical unit in Druzhkivka had these torniquets applied at the time of injury and they saved many lives. In terms of ease of use and effectiveness they demonstrate advantages over the standard tourniquets used by NATO and other Western forces. Firstly, the curved, notched metal buckle allows for a firmer grasp without the tendency to slip out of the fingers, (especially with gloves on) experienced with the plastic buckles. This is particularly useful so in cold weather. Secondly ,the base of the platform, unlike other torniquets, is smooth with no edges that "pinch" the underlying skin. This prevents the problem of significant skin damage often seen with other products. Thirdly, the metal stop lock handle is extremely strong and narrower than its plastic competitors, allowing for a more controlled grip. The winding tape attached to the stop lock handle is designed to wind evenly so that the effort required to wind is much less than with other brands. Finally, the combination of the slimmer stop lock handle, and slightly angled stop lock holders, makes securing the bar very easy. Overall this is the best torniquet I have seen in the battlefield setting.

Hello, we are working with medics of the 59th Brigade, 36th Brigade, and volunteer battalions. We have never had any negative feedback. We use your tourniquets to equip first aid kits. We can deliver 30-50 first aid kits per week. We also equipped the backpacks of paramedics.
We have seen that they are trying to dispel distrust of your tourniquets on Instagram. It seems like a marketing ploy to us. And it's annoying.

I took part in testing with ultrasound control and during military training. My personal conclusion is that I would advise myself and my family members to have it with them when participating in combat operations and for the safety of civilians (missile attacks).
