Returns and Exchanges

Products purchased on our website are subject to return or exchange in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. If defects are found upon receipt or if the product does not meet the stated specifications, it may be returned or exchanged.

Products purchased for personal use can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the corresponding invoice is available.

In accordance with Part 1 of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," goods of proper quality may be exchanged if they have not been used, their marketable condition is preserved, including the integrity of the packaging, consumer properties, seals, labels, and completeness.

Please note that the consumer rights outlined above do not apply to legal entities (medical institutions, organizations) that have purchased equipment for commercial purposes.

After agreement with our staff, the return or exchange of the product is carried out within 10 working days. An exception is made for cases where the product needs to be manufactured. In such cases, the return or exchange period is extended by the manufacturing time.

Return Terms

The return of goods of proper quality is possible within 14 days after receipt. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

According to current legislation, you can return or exchange goods of proper quality if:

• the product has not been used and shows no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;
• the product is fully complete, and the original packaging is intact;
• all labels and factory markings are preserved;
• the product retains its marketable condition and consumer properties.
