TQD BM35 Hybrid Medic Bag, Olive — a compact, durable organizer designed to accommodate a combined pre-hospital first aid kit for treating multiple casualties according to the MARCH PAWS protocol, along with emergency infusion therapy equipment. Engineered for military, civilian medics, and rescuers.

The system of external pockets and separate organizers provides the responder with quick access to mechanical devices for massive hemorrhage control, workspace illumination, advanced casualty assessment gear, and thermal insulation supplies.

The external pocket with a waterproof zipper can be used as a utility pouch. Its front features a patch pocket with secure retainers for trauma shears, adaptable for both left- and right-handed access.

The inside of the drop-down flap is equipped with an organizer for compression bandages, airway management devices, additional respiration support gear, and a zippered mesh pocket for eye shields and other supplies.

The central section of the interior is equipped with a tear-away V-shaped organizer. This organizer is designed to hold massive hemorrhage control supplies, primary respiration support tools, dressings for minor wounds and burns, and medications in glass or polymer (plastic) ampoules.

The interior side walls of the bag feature additional mesh compartments for medical devices or infusion therapy solutions.

The back wall of the interior houses a fixed organizer with elastic loops for IV catheters (cannulas) and syringes.

An external attachment system on the bottom of the bag is used for transporting a soft evacuation litter.

Thanks to its design, the bag ensures mobility, versatility, and convenience while maintaining a compact footprint. The layout of both internal and external spaces can be customized by the user to suit their specific needs.

• The bag is designed to be worn around the waist, over the shoulder, carried by hand, or crossbody (from one shoulder to the opposite hip).
• The carrying strap is adjustable in length and detaches via quick-release buckles on both sides. The buckles are enclosed in protective covers.
• At the top, the bag is equipped with a carry loop for hand transport;
• The front of the bag, in the form of a fully opening flap, features a spacious pocket with a waterproof zipper, a compartment for tactical shears with retention loops adjustable for left- or right-handed use, an elastic pocket for a retractor with a loop for securing its carabiner, a quick-access compartment for examination gloves, and a Velcro panel for ID patches.
