"DNIPRO" PM26 Clamshell Tear-Away Pouch for an individual medical first aid kit. Designed for storing and transporting an IFAK medical kit on tactical gear to provide first aid. 

It is used by military personnel, State Emergency Service (SES) rescuers, medics, paramedics, and police officers. It attaches to equipment via standard MOLLE mounts. Serving as a primary first aid kit, it enhances the efficiency of rendering first aid.  

Підсумок складається з основного органайзера, закріпленого на транспортній панелі з можливістю відокремлення. Транспортна панель розташовується на екіпіруванні оператора та фіксується системою MOLLE. Для запобігання випадковому відокремленню органайзера від транспортної панелі, обидва елементи додатково з’єднані між собою роз’ємним елементом на основі фастексу.

The internal organizer accommodates a standard set of medical supplies, with the flexibility to customize and expand the kit according to individual needs. The medical items are securely fixed in place. The clamshell design of the pouch ensures rapid access to any first aid component. If necessary, the panel holding massive hemorrhage and pneumothorax control supplies, which is secured by a hook-and-loop fastener (Velcro), can be completely detached from the main organizer. 

• The pouch is designed to be worn on any gear or equipment featuring MOLLE mounts.
• Accommodates a medical kit up to an IFAK+ volume.
• Features rapid detachment (tear-away) of the organizer from the mounting panel, equipped with a secondary quick-release element to prevent accidental separation.
• Clamshell design of the organizer.
• Ability to detach the massive hemorrhage and pneumothorax control panel from the main organizer.
