Dnipro PM09 Tourniquet Pouch, Coyote

The PM09 Pouch in Coyote is designed to transport and store a massive hemorrhage control device — a windlass tourniquet with a C-shaped clip. The enclosed pouch design reliably protects the tourniquet from environmental elements, UV radiation, moisture, dirt, small fragments, and mechanical damage under extreme conditions, both military and civilian.

Functionally, the PM09 works in tandem with the tourniquet. A quick-release side-flap system combined with auxiliary flaps provides instant access. Features that allow the tourniquet to be extracted pre-formed into a loop indirectly help reduce blood loss by shortening application time.

To enable pre-loop deployment upon extraction, the tourniquet must be loaded in a specific orientation within the pouch. An internal retaining strap holds the tourniquet securely in place, preventing it from falling out when opened.

Attachment

The pouch is equipped with a universal MOLLE system for attachment to the gear of military personnel, law enforcement, or civilians. An additional mounting system allows the pouch to be worn on equipment belts or regular waist belts without standard MOLLE or Laser Cut interfaces.

Made from lightweight and durable materials, it provides reliable protection for the tourniquet against mechanical damage, moisture, and UV exposure.
